working_ref_name()

The store branch that stands for a dataset bookmark.

    dataset_id,
    bookmark,
)

tether.ws.<dataset8>.<bookmark>: one branch per bookmark in each Forkable system (objects sharing a system share it). The dataset id is the namespace gc stays inside; tether.ws. is what backends list as working refs.
