Parameter Attributes

added: list[str] = list(): Keys registered.
updated: list[str] = list(): Keys whose locator or policy changed (committed state kept).
removed: list[str] = list(): Keys unregistered (sync=True only).
unchanged: list[str] = list(): Keys the source listed identically.
plan: Plan | None = None
