## oplog.report_dict()


A report dataclass as plain data for the op log (without its plan).


Usage

``` python
oplog.report_dict(report)
```


Every `apply_*` - in the core, in `tether.upgrade`, in [tether.experimental.registry](experimental.registry.md#tether.experimental.registry) - records its report this way, so the helper lives with the log rather than as a private name in `repo.py`.
