What `Repo.apply_forget_workspace` did.

## Attributes


`workspace: str`  
The 8-char workspace id that was forgotten.

`removed_files: list[str]`  
Per-workspace files removed (`workspace.toml`, `ops.jsonl`).

`vcs: str | None`  
What the VCS did (`jj workspace forget` / `git worktree remove`), if anything.

`failed: dict[str, str]`  
Target -\> why a step failed.

`plan: Plan | None`  
The plan that was applied.
